Questions about your account, a spot, or the app? Email us from the address on your PleinScout account and tell us what's going on.
Report a problem
In the app, use Report on any spot, post, or comment that is spam, unsafe, or breaks our Community Guidelines. You can also block a creator to hide their content from you. To report a bug, email help@pleinscout.com with your phone model and what happened.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Profile > Security > Delete Account. Can't open the app? See pleinscout.com/delete-account.
Stay safe out there
Check conditions before you go, follow posted rules, respect private property, and leave any spot that doesn't feel safe. PleinScout is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
