See your group on PleinScout
Click around a made-up group, “Sample Valley Plein Air Painters”, with sample members, paint-outs and paintings. See it the way visitors and members do, then the organizer side where you run things. Nothing you do in the demo is saved or sent.
The group page
What anyone who isn’t a member sees: who you are, your public paint-outs, dues, an “Ask to join” form, and a gallery of paintings from your paint-outs.
See it as a visitor → What members seeThe member extras
Current members also get, in the PleinScout app: members-only paint-outs, your group spots, rain calls and other messages, and the member shop discount.

Post and repeat paint-outs, see who’s coming, send a rain call, keep the roster and dues, share group spots. No sign-in needed for the demo.

Everything you can do
Each link opens that part of the demo.
Paint-outs on the map
Post a paint-out once and it shows on the PleinScout map, in nearby alerts, on the paint-outs page and on your group page.
Try it →Repeating meetups
“Every Saturday, March to November” keeps its dates listed about three months ahead on its own. Save templates for the ones you run again and again.
See templates →Members-only paint-outs
Mark a paint-out Group only and just your current members see it in the app, with a heads-up when you post. No more private page to keep up.
See one →Who’s coming and check-in
See everyone who RSVP’d, tick people off as they arrive (walk-ins too), and download the list. Attendance adds up on the roster.
Open an RSVP list →Rain calls in one tap
“Cancelled for weather”, “Moved to the rain date” or “Still on!” goes to everyone coming as a notice and a push on their phone.
Send one →Member roster
Import your spreadsheet, track who’s paid through when, and export or copy emails any time. Private to your organizers.
Open the roster →Join requests
New painters ask to join from your group page, no account needed. Approve them from the top of your roster.
Ask to join →Dues that keep themselves
Say what dues are, link your own PayPal or Venmo, and members whose dues run out are marked Lapsed automatically. Enter the new date when they renew.
See dues settings →Group spots
Share your favorite places to paint (the farm pond, the overlook pull-off) with members only. They appear on the map in members’ apps.
See group spots →A gallery of your paint-outs
When painters post a painting in the app from one of your paint-outs, it shows on your group page. Hide any you’d rather not show.
See the gallery →Member perks
Current members get 10% off in the PleinScout shop. A group code gives members 10% off a year of Pro and earns your group $10 for each one.
See the group code →Co-organizers
Add your board or co-organizers by email so everyone can post paint-outs and keep the roster up to date.
